Sexism - In the Workplace

Today's episode centres around the issue of sexism, especially in the workplace as explored by Grace. Sexism is defined as an ideology based on the belief that one sex is superior to another. It is discrimination, prejudice or stereotypical based on gender and is most often expressed towards women and girls. Sociology has examined sexism as manifesting at both individual and the institutional level - Wikipedia.
EU Law on Sexism:
Article 12 a of The Staff Regulations On Psychological & Sexual Harassment.
Article 1 (d) of The Staff Regulations- prohibiting discrimination based on sex (among other forms of discrimination)
Article 21 of The Charter of Fundamental Rights of The EU.
