Rising Above Shadows Of Abuse (RASA) is a show discussing societal and cultural issues associated with abuse. The impact on lives and how the tools of healing, forgiveness and compassion can be a driving force to help people overcome challenges.

Each episode showcases real life stories, case studies, inspirational talks, including interviews, solo/panel sessions, conversations with survivors, everyday people, professionals, charities and celebrities.

She is a transformational coach, mentor, author, inspirational speaker and mother. She has a background in education, law and psychotherapy. She's on a mission to bring healing and wholeness to bruised and broken women.
