Freedom Doesn't Mean Free: 'Buffer Zones'

Councils in the UK resorted to having 'buffer zones' (PSPOs) to protect staff and women having legal abortions from been harassed, intimidated by pro-life organisations. This was a 150m radius from the designated clinics as expounded in this episode by Grace.
