"The Healing Rhythm"

In today's Show, Grace had an interesting discuss with Fiona Bool a creator and founder of "Be More Dandelion. A UK based CIC organisation that helps and supports individuals after domestic abuse, through trauma-aware movement and community-based workshops. 

Fiona, is a survivor of emotional and coercive control. She rebuilt herself by using movement as a way back to her body, confidence and joy. She supports others in reclaiming that same sense of grounded discovery. She is J9 trained.
